NVU-Lyndon TRIO Application

*Funding for TRIO SSS at NVU Lyndon is pending and at the discretion of the Congressional Budget and Department of Education.*

The TRIO mentoring program promotes the academic, social, personal, and professional success of all our students by building a strong sense of community and drawing on resources both within and outside of the Academic Support Services program. We strive to provide students with the tools and support necessary to succeed and excel at NVU and beyond.

TRIO is for students whose parents do not have a four-year college degree, students with a high financial need, and/or students with disabilities. We invite you to join our supportive community of students, staff, and faculty, all of whom share in your commitment to academic and professional success.

As part of Northern Vermont University-Lyndon’s commitment to improving access and success for students who have been traditionally underrepresented in American higher education, Academic Support Services hosts a national TRIO program that is partially funded by the U.S. Department of Education.
