The Student Leadership Program is entering its 5th year on the Johnson Campus! The program teaches student employees the values of leadership, good decision-making, communication, and teamwork. It is designed to help recruit, retain, and set student employees up for future career success. Our program educates employees on how to effectively be a part of a team and achieve positive results through training, evaluation, and assessment. Our goal is to help student employees perform at a high level in our department so that they can land in a similar position of leadership when they leave NVU-Johnson.
